Yes — Solar Patch can be cut to size and shape with scissors or a utility knife before you peel the liner, so it's easy to fit odd tears, corners, or curves.

Yes — it carries a Class 1 fire rating under ASTM E84-18 and BS 476 Part 7.

Solar Patch is rated to 200°C dry and 90°C wet, with a flash point above 32°C under ASTM D93.

No — direct sunlight cures Solar Patch in 5 to 10 minutes, completely free. You only need a UV light when you're working indoors, at night, or when the weather won't cooperate. Any standard UV curing light works on the same timeline. We make our own — the UV Cure Light cures a patch in the same 5 to 10 minutes, anywhere, anytime.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Pahrump, Nevada facility. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; return postage is the customer's responsibility. Because Solar Patch begins curing once exposed to UV light, opened pouches can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost — just email mikesimon@solarpatchusa.com.
