Solar Patch

The repair patch that cures in sunlight.

Solar Patch is a fiberglass-reinforced repair patch that stays soft in the pouch and hardens rock-solid when it hits UV light. Cut it, peel it, press it, and let the sun finish the job in 5–10 minutes. No mixing. No measuring. No two-part epoxy racing you to set.

Once cured it's rigid and waterproof, and it bonds to nearly anything you'd need to fix: steel, aluminum, PVC, ABS, wood, fiberglass, and polyethylene. It seals holes, cracks, and punctures on hulls, roofs, gutters, tanks, pipe, and panels — on the water, in the yard, or on the side of the road.

Class 1 fire rated. Rated to 200°C dry and 90°C wet. Made in the USA.

Which size?

• Small (3" × 6") — punctures, screw holes, small cracks
• Medium (6" × 9") — larger holes and splits
• Large (9" × 12") — big holes, long cracks, seams

Cover the damage with about an inch of sound material all the way around. When in doubt, size up — you can always cut it down.
