Returns

30 days, unopened. Haven't opened the pouch? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Original packaging, resalable condition. Return postage is on you.

Damaged, defective, or wrong — that's on us. Email mikesimon@solarpatchusa.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it and cover the shipping. Usually we won't need the item back.

Opened pouches can't come back. Solar Patch cures on exposure to UV and heat. Once a pouch is open we can't verify it or resell it.

If it didn't hold, talk to us before you write it off. Most failed repairs come down to surface prep or cure time, and most are fixable in a two-minute email.

Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
