For when the sun won't cooperate.
Solar Patch cures in sunlight — but repairs don't always happen in sunlight. This UV Cure Light does the same job the sun does, on demand: cloudy days, after dark, inside a hull, under a deck, in a wheel well, down in a tank.
Point it at a fresh patch and it cures in minutes. If you keep Solar Patch on hand for emergencies, keep one of these next to it — a patch you can't cure isn't a repair.

Which Size Do I Need?
Which Size Do I Need?
Small 3" × 6" — punctures, screw holes, small cracks. Medium 6" × 9" — larger holes and splits. Large 9" × 12" — big holes, long cracks, seams. Cover the damage with about an inch of sound material all around. When in doubt, size up — you can always cut it down.
No Sun? No Problem.

Direct sunlight cures Solar Patch in 5–10 minutes, free. Working indoors, at night, or under cloud cover? Any UV light cures it on the same timeline.

Common Questions
What surfaces does it work on?
Steel, aluminum, PVC, ABS, wood, fiberglass, and polyethylene — including kayak and boat hulls that most tapes and epoxies won't bond to.
What if it's cloudy, indoors, or at night?
Direct sunlight cures Solar Patch in 5–10 minutes at no cost. Working under cover or after dark? Any UV light cures it on the same timeline.
How long does the repair last?
It's a permanent repair, not a temporary patch. Once cured, Solar Patch is rigid, waterproof, and rated for continuous use below the waterline.
Do I need to prep the surface?
Clean and dry is enough. No sanding, no primer, no mixing.
How long does an unopened pouch last?
12 to 18 months in the sealed pouch, stored out of direct sunlight.
Can I paint or drill it once cured?
Yes to both.
